Words matter.
I started reading early, and never lost sight of words’ importance. Whether I’m writing an annual report, remarks for CEOs, an op-ed, a fundraising brochure, a television script, a pointed tweet, or a slightly irreverent blog post, I capture the essence and soul of those Goldilocks words:
just right.
